Why we exist
It started on a train.
Our co-founder Jort had panic attacks for six years. He saw five therapists and spent around $20,000 on seminars and books. Nothing lasted, until he learned that fighting anxiety was the very thing keeping it alive.
He built AnxietyWave so other people don't lose six years too. We believe anxiety is something you do, not who you are. And what you do, you can learn to do differently.

How we work
What we believe in.
- 1
Honest over pushy
We'd rather lose a sale than sell to someone we can't help. No fake urgency, ever.
- 2
Recovered people lead
Many of us have been through anxiety. We listen closely to people who know it from the inside.
- 3
Teach first
We give real value away for free. People should feel helped before they ever pay us.
- 4
Calm is how we work
Clear goals, honest feedback, no drama. We try to practise what we teach.
The best part of the job? A message from someone who just drove over a bridge for the first time in years.
Open roles
Find your place on the team.
Four roles, one mission. Open a role to read everything about it.
Sales representative
Have calm, honest conversations with people who want their life back.
Sales representative
Have calm, honest conversations with people who want their life back.
People who watched our masterclass and want help book a call with us. You're the person they talk to. You get to know their situation, explain how the program can help, and tell them honestly whether it's the right fit.

Setter
Be the first, friendly voice people hear from us.
You call people who asked for a call with us. You get to know them a little and check whether a conversation with a sales representative makes sense. For someone with anxiety, picking up the phone is already a big step. How you make them feel in those first minutes really matters.
What you'll do
- Call and text new leads quickly after they reach out.
- Have short, friendly conversations to see if our program could fit.
- Book qualified people into a sales rep's calendar.
- Help them actually show up, with kind reminders.
- Tell people who aren't a fit honestly, and point them to our free help.
- Keep everything tidy in our CRM.
Who you are

- Bonus: experience as a setter, SDR or appointment setter.
What you get
- Leads who already know us and asked for a call.
- Clear call guides and training from the team.
- Work from anywhere.
- Room to grow into a sales role if that's where you want to go.
Mentor
Guide people through recovery, like someone once guided you.
Mentor
Guide people through recovery, like someone once guided you.
Our mentors are the heart of the program. They've recovered from anxiety themselves, and now they help our students do the same. You lead live group calls, answer questions in the community, and remind people on hard days that recovery is possible. You're living proof of it.
This is a part-time role. We plan your calls together, so they fit around the rest of your life.
What you'll do
- Lead live group calls on Zoom, where students ask questions and share progress.
- Answer posts in our private community with care and clear guidance.
- Help students apply the method to their own situation and setbacks.
- Share your own recovery story when it helps someone move forward.
- Flag it to the team when a student needs more support than coaching can give.
Who you are
- You've recovered from anxiety yourself, ideally through our program.
- You understand the acceptance-based approach, and you live it.
- You're calm, patient and encouraging, also when progress is slow.
- You're comfortable leading a group call on camera.
- You speak English fluently.
- Bonus: experience in coaching, teaching or a helping profession.
What you get
- Training in our method and how we coach, from the founders and head mentor.
- Part-time and flexible, from anywhere, in a team of people who've been where you've been.
- The feeling of watching someone get their life back, again and again.
Brand ambassador
A few videos a week. Your voice, our mission.
Brand ambassador
A few videos a week. Your voice, our mission.
A few times a week, you pick up your phone and record a short video for us. You talk about anxiety, about recovery, and about the ideas behind our method, in your own words. We edit it and share it with thousands of people who need to hear it.
No experience needed. If you can talk to a camera the way you'd talk to a friend, we'll teach you the rest.
What you'll do
- Record a few short, vertical videos per week on your phone.
- Work from simple briefs we send you, and say it your way. Never scripted.
- If you have your own experience with anxiety, share it honestly.
- Film wherever suits you: at home, on a walk, in your car (parked).
- Tell us when something doesn't feel true to you. That feedback matters.
Who you are
- You have the gift of the gab. Talking comes naturally to you.
- You come across well on camera: warm, open and well put-together.
- People trust you quickly, because you're simply yourself.
- You believe anxiety is something you can recover from.
- You speak English fluently.
- You're okay with your videos being used on social media and in ads. We always agree on this with you in writing first.
- Big plus: you've been through anxiety or panic yourself.
What you get
- Flexible work: a few videos a week, recorded whenever it suits you.
- Coaching on how to film and present, so every video gets better.
- Professional editing by our team. You just hit record.
- Your face and your words reaching people on their hardest days.
How to join
Simple, and no surprises.
We'll keep you posted at every step, whatever the outcome.
- 1
Send us an email
A few lines about you is enough. Ambassadors: add a short phone video. Mentors: tell us a bit about your own recovery.
- 2
Intro call
About 30 minutes on Zoom. We get to know each other and tell you everything about the role and the pay.
- 3
Try it out
A practice call for sales roles, or a first test video for ambassadors. So you know what it feels like, and so do we.
- 4
Welcome aboard
You get trained in our method and way of working, with the team there to help.
Questions
Good to know.
Do I need to have had anxiety myself?
No. For sales roles, empathy and good conversations matter most. For brand ambassadors, lived experience is a big plus, because real stories are what reach people.
Is this a pushy sales job?
No. People come to us: they watched the masterclass and asked for a call. We never use pressure or fake urgency, and we tell people honestly when the program isn't right for them. If you love the hard close, this isn't your place. If you love helping people make a good decision, it might be.
Where do I work from?
Anywhere with good internet and a quiet space. Most of our students live in the US, so calls mostly happen in US-friendly hours.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Apply for the one that fits you best and mention the other in your email.
